Before specializing in inspections 14 years ago, I spent the majority of my career in an around the real estate market. I have more than 20 years of experience owning and operating a remodeling company right here in Utah. Also during that time, I have spent over a decade in real estate sales and investment. I’ve seen firsthand how homes are built, how they fail, and—most importantly—how defects are hidden. Having been on all sides of the real estate market, it allows me to share a unique perspective with my clients that they can only find with Peak Home Inspection.
